Dr. Mitchell Levy’s doctoral research formalized the Executive Abundance™ framework, a leadership model designed to help executives sustain clarity, credibility, consistency, and commitment while navigating short-term performance pressure.
The research identifies how leaders maintain (or lose) coherence across five stakeholder groups: family and self, employees, customers, investors, and community. The framework is grounded in qualitative evidence from more than 1,000 CPoPs (Customer Point of Possibilities), over 500 thought-leader interviews, and executive coaching engagements.
