Credibility

Credibility is the quality of being trusted, being known, and being liked.

…Whereas being trustworthy is showing up as your authentic self, demonstrating integrity in all you say and do, showing your vulnerability, and being coachable in every situation.

…Whereas being known is being a servant leader, having the intent and commitment to do the right thing, having internal integrity.

…Whereas being likeable is transparently sharing your “stage” and showing respect by “showing up when you show up”.

Credibility is a journey, not a destination. The quality of how you are trusted, known, and liked is your credibility.
